The purpose of this Community Needs Assessment survey is to identify strengths and gaps in in the services and resources available in our community as well as opportunities and challenges faced by those we serve. Your invaluable feedback helps our team at Hospice of Huntington make informed decisions on how we can continue to deliver the highest level or care.
